Stop Bleeding Hemorrhoids

Learning how to stop bleeding hemorrhoids is not a pleasant topic, but I wish someone shared this info with me a long time ago. Instead I had to learn from personal pain! The following tips have helped me avoid some messy situations. If you know what I mean!

So, your backside is bleeding? It could be cause your dairy air is more tender than a nice porterhouse filet and the chaffing caused by walking and using toilet paper just keeps adding to the problem. From my experience, an external hemorrhoid can begin bleeding because of sitting for an extended time and many times from wiping with toilet paper too much or with tissue that’s too rough. On the other hand, internal hemorrhoids usually bleed when you are passing stool that’s hard. Bleeding from a thrombosed hemorrhoid is not common, but is possible if you have excessive friction.

One tip I’ve found was to use Aloe Vera gel. It’s cool going on to, so it feels like it puts out the fire a little as soon as you put it on. It’s also natural stuff, so not harmful for your sensitive area.

Tip two would be to not skimp on the toilet paper. If you buy that cheap 1 ply stuff, it’s gonna feel worse than 50 grit sandpaper. Go for the soft stuff. 2 ply and soft, I used Charmin and it works much better than the cheap stuff.

Tip three. Sit on a bag of beans. Frozen beans that is. If you ice your underside during flare ups, it will leave you less likely to bleed out later that day. Try 15 minute intervals of icing on external piles.
Tip four. Eat foods that make you go to the bathroom easily and softly. Try fruits and veggies. Also, prunes and prune juice are great to soften things up if you have internal piles so that it is easier for you to go to the bathroom without as much pain.

Hope those tips on how to stop bleeding hemorrhoids help to bring you some comfort. They come from years of painful experience and many trips to the hemorrhoid relief center!

Bye for now,
-Charlie
